I was born in Maryland, USA but grew up in rural Newfoundland, Canada. However, I now reside in Ontario, Canada where I received my degree in electrical/electronics engineering followed by my graduate-level diploma in technical writing.
My areas of interest are in copywriting, digital technologies, and the UX/visual design principles associated with technical communication.

I have dabbled in competitive, creative writing (mostly poetic) and have had some of my work published by One Page Poetry in their inaugural anthology, The 2022 One Page Poetry Anthology. I have also received acknowledgments from other organizations/competitions. Most notably Writer's Digest and Minds Shine Bright.
With my focus now being on making a short story along with some flash fictions, in addition to exploring other creative mediums such as sound and visual design.
